Principal Consultant

 

Desiree Saddler is passionate about helping businesses build strong teams that communicate clearly and work efficiently. Clients value her expertise in leading process improvement initiatives combined with her ability to connect with diverse groups. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, training and development, Desiree has worked successfully with clients representing a variety of industries including banking, travel, insurance, entertainment, consulting, manufacturing, and food and beverage. She has also worked with governmental agencies, educational organizations, and non-profit organizations. In 2006, Desiree formed Saddler Consulting Group and continues to achieve success in helping organizations reach their desired optimal performance.

 

Desiree has taught over 4,000 workshops and has designed curriculum in numerous content areas including management and supervision, leadership, communication, generational differences, diversity development, performance management, customer service, team building, sexual harassment, and emotional intelligence. Consistently, Desiree receives stellar reviews from past participants and organizations resulting in increased productivity from their employees, managers and leaders.

 

Desiree holds an M.A. in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix. She also has a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in human resources from California State University in Long Beach. Desiree is Certified in 13 different behavioral and leadership assessments including:  MBTI, Situational Leadership II, Achieve Global, Benchmark 360 for Managers and Executives and DISC Practitioner.  She is also a Faculty Member for AMA (American Management Association), and a Franklin Covey Training Delivery Consultant.

Tiana Sanchez

 

Training Development Professional/Executive Coach

 

A Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP), Certified MBTI Practitioner and Management Professional with over 15 years of first-hand experience in personal and professional development. Her customized approach aligns focus and vision to transform strategies into action plans for success. 

 

Tiana has worked in a myriad of industries coaching and developing team members and team leaders. She's managed over one hundred employees, spearheaded the grand opening, recruitment efforts and training for newly developed offices and intensely studied Human Resource practices and Personality Assessments to gain a better understanding of human relations and human behavior.

 

She has designed strategic plans for Senior Executives, facilitated a meeting for the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center and delivered informative presentations for large audiences.  Throughout her extensive work experience, she has received numerous accolades including a Circle of Excellence award in 2007.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Terri Haywood

 

Learning and Organizational Development Professional/Training Development Professional

 

Terri has a diverse career in leadership training and development, employee communications, and media and talent relations.  Terri has worked for several major international companies.

 

Terri worked for one of the world’s largest food companies, charged with executive training and development for top managers and senior leaders. Terri has managed executive speech writing, media and presentation skills training for marketing managers, and employee communications. 

 

Terri was the Manager of Media and Talent Relations for Columbia TriStar Television working with award-winning celebrities such as Jerry Seinfeld, Helen Hunt and Quincy Jones.  In addition to generating show publicity, Terri was responsible for training talent for print and broadcast interviews, convention appearances and speeches.  Terri also spent seven years at Hughes Aircraft Company in various roles including Senior Writer for policies and procedures and a broadcaster for a video newsletter. 

 

Terri has a B.A. degree in English from UCLA and an M.A. degree in Mass Communication from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and also been certified in 11 different behavioral and leadership assessment tools.
